SEASONAL MALE CHEF - 47M M/Y

PMR Recruitment is currently searching for a Season Chef for a 47M M/Y, cruising the Mediterranean for both charter and private use.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing high-quality meals for the yacht’s crew and guests.

  • Accommodating dietary requests and health-conscious meals as required.

  • Ability to prepare meals upon request that meet specific nutritional requirements (e.g., 600-700 calories with 40g+ of protein per meal).

  • Creating traditional cuisine from various cultures around the world.

  • Ensuring a diverse and well-balanced menu that caters to all guest preferences.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Chef on private or charter yachts.

  • Strong knowledge of diet and nutrition, with the ability to meet specific dietary requirements as needed.

  • Proficiency in preparing a wide variety of traditional world cuisines.

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.

  • Passion for creating an exceptional dining experience.
