MALE CHEF - 32M PERFORMANCE S/Y

PMR Recruitment is Looking for a permenanent male Chef to join a 32m performance sailing yacht. Joining in St Maarten late March for a 3-week crossing back to Palma, where the boat will be based, until departing for Med season from mid-June.

Must be comfortable cooking under sail as well as being adaptable to the nature of a sailing yacht. Must have experience with provisioning and catering to food preferences e.g Keto, vegetarian. Busy charter/private boat with 5 permanent crew. There will be 8 total crew for crossing. Chef will be required to occasionally help on deck - lines, fenders, sail drop.

This is a back to back charter vessel which will then be doing a yard period in palma for winter 2025.
