PMR Recruitment is seeking a dynamic Chief Stewardess for a beautiful, classic 40+ meter motor yacht. This dual-season, private vessel will be heading to the Caribbean and then up the East Coast of the US.

The yacht is home to a fun, active crew who enjoy hiking and outdoor activities on the weekends. Experience on large sailing yachts is highly valued, and we’re looking for an energetic, proactive individual with a passion for activities like kitesurfing, dinghy sailing, and similar sports.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Chief Stewardess, preferably on large yachts

  • Active, outdoorsy personality, ideally with an interest in kitesurfing, dinghy sailing, or similar activities

  • Non-smoker

  • A team player who thrives in a friendly, family-oriented environment

  • Longevity is highly favored, though we are open to temporary candidates for the season until a permanent hire is made
